Bei uns in Deutschland sind die Kriterien f\u00fcr F\u00e4llungen von B\u00e4umen streng geregelt, da ihr Erhalt oberste Priorit\u00e4t hat \u2013 sie sind die Lunge unseres \u00d6kosystems. Daher ist von Seiten des Gesetzgebers festgelegt, dass B\u00e4ume von Mai bis Oktober weder beschnitten noch gef\u00e4llt werden d\u00fcrfen.<\/p><p>Diese Schutzma\u00dfnahme ist dem Natur- und Artenschutz geschuldet, da die Brutzeit der V\u00f6gel in dieser Zeit stattfindet.
